Administration Manager, UAE, Fintech
Job Description
The Administration Manager will oversee and coordinate all shared administrative and operational support functions within the regional Dubai office. This role acts as the single point of contact for People Operations, Facilities, Office Management, and IT support coordination. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional office administrative needs
- First point of contact for employee queries and People Operations initiatives
- Support onboarding of local new hires
- Oversee facilities management including maintenance, repairs, and utilities
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts
- Coordinate front-desk and reception activities
- Support leadership with scheduling, meetings, and internal initiatives
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in administration, office management, or operations
- Experience working in a regional office or multi-stakeholder environment
- Proficiency in common office systems and tools
