Clinical Trial Coordinator
Job Description
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific (PPD clinical research services), you will provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team. Key tasks include coordinating trial activities, performing file reviews (department, internal, country, and investigator), maintaining study-specific documentation and systems like GoBalto and eTMF, supporting RBM activities, and assisting with regulatory documents and site supply distribution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and completes functions on assigned trials activities detailed on the task matrix
- Performs department, Internal, Country and Investigator file reviews
- Supports the maintenance of study specific documentation and systems (GoBalto & eTMF)
- Performs administrative tasks including processing documents for Client (e)TMF
- Reviews and tracks local regulatory documents
- Assists with coordination, compilation and distribution of Investigator Site File (ISF) and non-clinical study supplies
Qualifications
- Life Science degree
- Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
- Good English and Turkish language skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
