Contract Service Coordinator
Job Description
Responsible for the management of contract-related processes within the recruitment firm, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams for compliance and execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents (job offers, contracts, warnings, settlements)
- Manage Dynamics 365 portal for approvals and renewals
- Supervise client resources from onboarding to exit
- Assist finance team with payroll and recruitment
- Coordinate contract negotiations and address issues
- Maintain organized contract database
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract management
