Job Description
The Spa Receptionist at Miraval The Red Sea is the first point of contact for guests. Greet and welcome guests, offering information about spa treatments, wellness programs, and fitness services. Manage guest bookings and scheduling. Provide guests with detailed information about retail products. Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. Support daily operations of Life in Balance Spa. Handle guest transactions including cash, card, and POS payments. Complete daily financial summaries. Maximize revenue through mindful upselling and cross-selling of retail products and wellness services. Collaborate with therapists and fitness instructors.

Qualifications
