Elevator Sales Engineer
Job Description
The Elevator Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and closing elevator and lift modernization projects. The role combines technical understanding of elevators with strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through site visits, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Promote elevator solutions including supply, installation, modernization, and AMC
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
- Study drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to propose suitable elevator solutions
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders
- Coordinate with operations and procurement teams post-order for smooth handover
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in elevator or vertical transportation sales (mandatory)
- Valid UAE driving license
