Senior Operations Specialist
Job Description
Taly is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to build and nurture strong relationships with partner merchants. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth integration, service delivery, and consistent business growth. This role involves onboarding, training, and strategic account management within the BNPL fintech sector.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned merchant accounts
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, and activation of new merchants
- Monitor merchant transactions, payouts, and settlements
- Provide partners with data-driven insights and performance reports
- Act as a liaison between merchants and internal departments
- Handle merchant requests, feedback, and escalations
- Collaborate with the marketing team for co-branded campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or B2B client servicing
- Strong understanding of merchant operations, digital payments, or BNPL models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
