Job Description
Cognition is a global AI company building foundational products that are redefining how software is created and maintained. We are seeking a highly organised, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across MENA and APAC markets. Based in Riyadh, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams globally to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across MENA, APAC, Europe, and the US
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets
- Track candidate progress in the ATS and support recruiters with logistics
- Support onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems
- Support compliance tracking and global people policies
- Identify process gaps across regions and contribute to scalable solutions
Qualifications
- Saudi national (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or international people support
- Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
