Job Description

Fistaş is one of the leading companies in yarn production, with five production plants covering a total production area of 65,000 m² and 1,500 employees, located in the Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone. Specializing in yarn production, our company manufactures various textile products such as weaving, home textiles, and apparel fabrics, with a daily production capacity of approximately 40,000 kg. We are looking for an Organizational Development and Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, beginning with personnel request forms, in line with company staffing needs
  • Organize and conduct job interview processes
  • Report on processes under their responsibility on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage orientation, training, and development processes from the recruitment stage onwards
  • Organize training sessions in accordance with the approved training plan and ensure that the training is completed, recorded, and evaluated
  • Ensure that mandatory and professional training progresses without interruption
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and employee experience processes
  • Play a role in carrying out improvement activities that will increase the efficiency of Human Resources systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources processes
  • Managed all recruitment processes and knowledgeable about competency-based interview techniques
  • Proficient in mandatory and professional training/certification processes
  • Experienced in conducting training needs analysis, developing training plans, and creating training budgets
  • Experienced in preparing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Able to organize processes related to employee engagement
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Values teamwork
  • Skilled in planning and organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Residing in/able to reside in Bursa
  • Able to drive
