Leading the full spectrum of HR operations in Turkey for a global partner. Includes recruitment, union negotiations, and strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Partner with Country Manager during union negotiations
- Develop and execute country HR strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
- 8 - 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in negotiating with unions
- Business English proficiency
