Job Description

The role manages the end-to-end implementation of Reward associated programmes at CBD. The role also provides a vital, tactical and developmental support in the Reward activities, Recognition management and Performance Management processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Benchmark with banking industry to ensure competitiveness of Reward programs
  • Manages the staff cost budget
  • Provides governance on Org. Design processes
  • Manages the Job Evaluation process
  • Design Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
  • Drive and manage Bank-wide Performance Management System

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Overall 8+ years of experience in Human Resources function
