Job Description
The role manages the end-to-end implementation of Reward associated programmes at CBD. The role also provides a vital, tactical and developmental support in the Reward activities, Recognition management and Performance Management processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Benchmark with banking industry to ensure competitiveness of Reward programs
- Manages the staff cost budget
- Provides governance on Org. Design processes
- Manages the Job Evaluation process
- Design Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
- Drive and manage Bank-wide Performance Management System
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- Overall 8+ years of experience in Human Resources function
