Job Description
As Casino Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the game lobby and content for our Canadian market focus brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, marketing, operations and brand management, to drive casino strategy and ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee game lobby and content
- Gather data related to player or product activity
- Prepare reports for brand strategy development
- Handle escalations from Customer Support
- Monitor key user experience flows and bug follow-up
- Lobby organization and game rotation
- Analyze competitor promotions and offerings
Qualifications
- Experience in Casino Operations, VIP, or Affiliate team within iGaming
- Knowledge and experience operating in the local market
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation
- Familiarity with gaming industry trends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
