Job Description
ASK REAL ESTATE W.L.L is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Dubai real estate market, focusing on property valuation deals. This is an individual contributor role requiring the generation of valuation mandates and building client trust.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure property valuation mandates from developers, investors, banks, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding of valuation projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the valuation team.
- Build long-term relationships with financial institutions and property owners.
- Research and analyze valuation trends in Dubai’s real estate sector.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
- Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in real estate business development
- Proven success in valuation deal acquisition
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and valuation standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
