Job Description
Do you have a strong track record in talent sourcing and recruitment? We are looking for a specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and regions, leveraging both local knowledge and international networks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions
- Source potential candidates through online platforms and offline channels
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Engage with hiring managers in a consultative model
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with talent pools
- Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Minimum 3–4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
