Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professionals to manage end-to-end processing of insurance policies across divisions - Motor/Non-Motor (General)/Medical etc. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies including quotations and issuance
  • Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion
  • Review policy terms and conditions for adequate coverage and compliance
  • Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions
  • Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products
  • Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios
