Customer Service Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professionals to manage end-to-end processing of insurance policies across divisions - Motor/Non-Motor (General)/Medical etc. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies including quotations and issuance
- Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion
- Review policy terms and conditions for adequate coverage and compliance
- Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions
- Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products
- Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios
