Job Description
The Key Account Manager - Events & Expo is responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients in the events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate activation sectors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities in events & expo
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers
- Coordinate with production, design, operations, and logistics teams
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Events
- 3-7 years of experience in events/exhibitions
- Strong understanding of event production and operations
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
