Rosewood Explorers (Kids Club) Attendant
Job Description
To oversee the children's needs during their stay and provide personal service. Responsible for maintaining high standards of the hotel Kids Club, ensuring cleanliness, and creating activities for different times of the year.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- Maintain positive guest relations
- Stock and maintain cleanliness of kids facilities
- Ensure documentation on Health & Safety is completed
- Inspect pool area and monitor cleanliness
- Create new activities for children
