Job Description
Nespresso is hiring Coffee Specialists for its Nespresso Boutiques in Dubai, who will Act as an Ambassador for the Nespresso brand in the Boutique, continually improving the experience of each customer to positively contribute to the Boutique's Performance in terms of Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty, and Business Results.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes the Boutique clientele and identify their needs.
- Achieves high customer satisfaction through personalized communication.
- Initiates customers to the art of coffee tasting.
- Carries out sales of Nespresso products presented in the Boutique.
- Assists with Boutique projects as needed.
- Adheres to compliance and quality standards.
- Ensures safe working conditions.
- Participates in team meetings and contributes new ideas.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate some experience in retail, direct customer sales and service, or hospitality
