Sales Manager - Off Plan
Job Description
We’re expanding fast and launching a new Off-Plan sales team. If you have 3–5 years of solid off-plan experience in Dubai and you know how to lead, push, and close, we want to talk. This is a role for a real leader ready to build and run their own team.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a new Off-Plan sales team
- Drive and scale sales performance
- Close high-value deals
- Manage relationships with developers and brokers
Qualifications
- 3–5 years proven off-plan sales experience (Dubai market only)
- Experience managing, driving, and scaling a sales team
