Lead the end‑to‑end Egypt Research Agenda for the RRP category, aligning projects to strategic goals. This role focuses on promoting consumer centricity through data-driven research and deep consumer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Egypt Research Agenda and align projects to strategic goals
  • Review and evolve research methodologies
  • Apply quality controls to ensure data accuracy
  • Build performance measurement frameworks for D2C initiatives
  • Provide market and consumer insights to support portfolio strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance for data-driven decisions

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of research experience within FMCG or a multinational organization
