Job Description
As the Compliance Officer for the NDMO Framework Phase 1 at aNumak & Company, you will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to the KSA National Data Management and Personal Data Protection Standards. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a culture of compliance within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies to ensure compliance with KSA standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance on data privacy, security, and governance
- Stay informed about changes in data management regulations
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and data breaches
- Provide training and awareness programs
- Maintain records and documentation related to compliance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree/certification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of KSA National Data Management and Personal Data Protection Standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
