Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include lead and manage the In Room Dining team and ensure service standards are followed. Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced work environment and address guest concerns at a five-star level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the In Room Dining team
- Check food orders for accuracy and quality
- Monitor and react to all department issues with urgency
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Manage the departmental budget
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications
- Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience required
- Previous point of sale system experience required
