Job Description
Manage all day-to-day operations of a single Dunkin' Donuts store location. Effectively lead, manage, and communicate with a team while meeting brand operating standards and guest satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of a single store
- Recruit, train and develop all team members
- Plan and maintain labor and food budgets
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction and product quality
- Complete inventory, ordering, and scheduling tasks accurately
Qualifications
- Fast Food or Food Industry experience required (3+ years)
- Management experience required
- High School diploma or GED Certificate required
