Brand Specialist (Lays)
Job Description
Dynamic and results-driven Brand Specialist to lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies. Responsible for managing relationships with key retailers and distributors to strategically promote and display UBC’s products, enhancing visibility and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive trade marketing plans tailored to retail channels
- Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with key retailers and distributors
- Primary point of contact for retailers for marketing initiatives
- Secure prime shelf space and effective point-of-sale displays
- Manage New Product Development (NPD) initiatives
- Track and evaluate effectiveness of promotional activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate promotional deals and retail marketing agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles within FMCG or retail
