Vice President of Robotics Operations
Job Description
The Vice President (VP) of Robotics Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for spearheading KBS’s robotics transformation, nationwide deployment of robotics and successful business case realization from integrated robotic cleaning services in North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year robotics operational planning and ROI analysis
- Define and maintain KBS’s robotics strategy
- Represent KBS’s robotics program to key clients and partners
- Oversee nationwide deployment and day-to-day management of the robotics fleet
- Maintain strong OEM and robotics industry relationships
- Build and lead a growing robotics operations team
- Partner with Operations and Sales on change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology management, rapid scale operations, or product leadership
- 5+ years in robotics, automation, or adjacent industries
- Proven success scaling technology or robotics deployments
- Strong track record managing OEM/vendor relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
