Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies
- Source qualified candidates for construction and engineering positions
- Screen and shortlist CVs based on project needs
- Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain up-to-date records in ATS
- Ensure recruitment follows company policies and labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
