ERPNext Administrator & Developer
Job Description
ERPNext specialist on a 3–6 month contract to stabilize, improve, and own our ERPNext system. This role covers deployment/maintenance, fixing module linkages, interface improvements, automation, and department-wise training.
Responsibilities
- Own ERPNext day-to-day configuration and workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues across departments
- Deploy and maintain ERPNext cloud/on-prem environments
- Fix and optimize end-to-end flows from CRM to Accounts
- Build/extend DocTypes, validations, and scripts
- Create reports and management dashboards
- Implement automation: approvals, alerts, and integrations
- Create training plan and deliver sessions per department
Qualifications
- Strong ERPNext/Frappe experience
- Python + JavaScript proficiency for ERPNext customization
- Ability to translate business processes into ERP workflows
- Experience in contracting / interior fit-out / joinery environments
