Job Description
Mondelēz International is looking for an Area Sales Manager based in İzmir to lead a field sales team, manage customer relationships, and achieve annual KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and motivate the sales team
- Create annual business unit plans to deliver revenue KPIs
- Perform active field visits in the İzmir region
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (account, category, finance)
- Coach the team in the use of category tools
Qualifications
- Knowledge of routes-to-market and field sales management
- Experience in managing large field teams and multiple managers
- Experience in traditional channel & distributor side
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
