Manager - Flight Safety
Job Description
Riyadh Air is seeking a highly capable professional to uphold and advance the highest safety standards across our flight, cabin, ground, and cargo operations. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the safety reporting framework, supporting incident investigations, and embedding a proactive safety culture that aligns with GACA and IOSA requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the safety reporting framework
- Support incident investigations
- Embed a proactive safety culture aligning with GACA and IOSA requirements
- Spearhead vital safety programs such as Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and confidential reporting
- Lead safety audits and risk assessments
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies
- Ensure safety remains at the heart of every operation
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in a Safety Function within an airline
- Airline Transport Pilot’s License will be viewed favourably
- Completion of an Aircraft Accident Investigation Course is preferred
