Senior Director, Industry Lead, Mid-Market/Growth
Job Description
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth and partner success across a defined industry portfolio within a high-growth, data-driven environment. As Senior Director, Industry Lead, you will lead and develop a team of sales and account professionals while owning strategy, execution, and performance against ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Own industry-level acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and account professionals
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting accuracy
- Build and maintain trusted senior-level partner relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, and operations
- Translate executive strategy into actionable goals and account plans
- Champion the adoption of new tools and AI-enabled workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in new business development and account management in digital media or advertising
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of media performance metrics and advertising KPIs
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools for sales productivity
