Setter / Appointment Setter | Casablanca (Morocco)
Job Description
Your mission is simple and measurable: treat qualified inbound leads and convert them into closing appointments for the sales team. No cold prospecting. You qualify, you discuss, you convince, you book.
Responsibilities
- Contact leads quickly (messages / calls according to process)
- Qualify the need, budget, and motivation
- Handle simple objections
- Schedule qualified appointments in the closers' calendars
- Update the CRM (statuses, notes, follow-ups)
- Follow a clear script and process
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking and writing (French mandatory)
- Experience in setting / sales / call center = big plus
- Must be equipped with a Laptop and have a dedicated workspace
