Operations Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operational activities related to merchant onboarding, transactions, and partner support. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and activation process for new merchants
- Monitor merchant transactions, payouts, and settlements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Handle merchant inquiries and basic escalations
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or account coordination
