Trade Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for setting, adapting and implementing brand strategy in Saudi Arabia market. This role handles primary sales budgets, principal negotiations, and trade marketing investment allocation to maximize gross margin and in-market sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the total primary sales (purchases) budget, forecast and performance
- Negotiate and finalize annual business plans with all principals
- Negotiate and align with all principals the annual trade marketing budget
- Maximize Gross Margin by negotiating margins or improving product mix
- Align trade-marketing activities with the sales cycles
- Establish a direct and personal relationship with top 30 wholesalers
- Set the pricing strategy after alignment with principals
- Review retail audits data and prepare action plans
- Set the Incentive scheme parameters
- Responsible for the building of the demand planning by category
- Follow up on shipments with the Supply Chain department
Qualifications
- BA Business or Marketing
- Minimum 6 to 7 years sales Management experience
- Preferably 2-3 years Trade Marketing Management experience
