Senior Charter Manager
Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Charter Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This senior-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-value client relationships, and providing strategic direction within the charter sales function. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities, expanding key accounts, and overseeing charter flight operations from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned aviation sales professional with a strong industry network, deep expertise in charter operations, and a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets while contributing to business strategy and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of charter sales strategies
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure high-value new business opportunities
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key charter clients, operators, and brokers
- Analyze complex client requirements and propose tailored charter solutions
- Oversee end-to-end charter flight management
- Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial decision-making
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
- Serve as a senior brand ambassador for UAS at industry events
- Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective responses to charter inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 Years of proven experience in Charter Sales or a senior commercial role within the aviation industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and operational knowledge of charter flight operations
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value clients and closing complex charter deals
- Existing client database with a verifiable track record of generating new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and provide 24/7 support when required
