Job Description
The Sourcing manager will be based in Jeddah in Nextpower Factory. Nextpower is seeking a Sourcing Manager in Saudi Arabia to develop and manage its local supply chain as local supply is highly strategic. You will be responsible for driving Total Cost of Ownership through deploying category/region/supplier-specific strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage local supply chain
- Establish strategic relationships with core suppliers
- Source best in class local suppliers in steel manufacturing
- Negotiate and manage Master Supply Agreements
- Analyze markets and perform supplier screening
- Assess supplier performance on a quarterly basis
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15-year experience in Saudi local supply chain
- Experience with Saudi steel manufacturers and galvanizing companies
- Advanced Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local KSA regulations (IKTVA)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
