Job Description
Disproquima is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to drive project-based sales of value-added food ingredients in Turkey. The role focuses on understanding customer formulations and translating technical solutions into commercial value.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project-based sales processes
- Develop and execute sales strategy for value-added ingredients
- Build trust-based relationships with customers in various food sectors
- Work with global product managers to introduce new suppliers
- Manage complex commercial negotiations
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in food ingredients
- Proven experience in project-based and solution-driven sales with long sales cycles
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Dairy sector experience is a strong asset
