Telesales Executive
Job Description
Elevate Capital is seeking an experienced and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and engaging potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided databases
- Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, and readiness
- Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and lead statuses in the CRM
- Track call outcomes, lead progress, and conversion ratios
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns through telesales activities
Qualifications
- Mandatory experience in real estate telesales (developer or brokerage background required)
- Off-plan experience is preferred
