Field Operations specialist
Job Description
Manage POS device stock and shipments, deliver devices to new merchants, and train them on system usage in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end stock of POS devices and accessories
- Personally deliver POS devices to new vendors
- Conduct on-site training for vendors on hardware and dashboards
- Monitor POS dashboards for transaction volumes and device status
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and collect faulty devices
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in field operations or POS support
