Casabella PB is a boutique real estate agency specialising in residential and commercial sales, purchases, leasing, property search, and real estate investment in Dubai. We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Recruitment & Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with recruitment activities. Responsibilities include managing daily office administration, handling documentation and contracts, coordinating with management and agents, assisting in posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking while working closely with management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operational workflow
- Handle documentation, filing, contracts, and internal records
- Coordinate with management, agents, and external service providers
- Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative and HR-related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- 2 years of Real Estate experience
- 2 years of Hiring experience
