Medical Reports, Dictation and Transcripts Officer
Job Description
Prepare new patients’ files and assist in admission processing. Arrange and file medical records according to approved assembly policy. Identify correct location of outpatient records and coordinate delivery. Analyze records for completeness and coordinate transcription activities.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associates Degree Preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
