The welcoming face of the health club at InterContinental Hotels Group, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming members and guests and assisting with check-ins
- Managing appointments and class schedules
- Handling phone calls and walk-in queries
- Promoting health club services and memberships
- Handling basic cash and card transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in health club, spa, gym, or hotel
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
