Job Description

As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will lead strategic sales efforts across your assigned territory, driving revenue growth and expanding opportunities for learners through Riverside's clinical solutions. This role combines business development, consultative selling, and territory management to deliver impactful results. Applicants must reside in West Virginia, Kentucky, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Ohio. This is a remote position with 25-50% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by securing new logos and expanding existing partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Riverside's clinical products
  • Create and execute a territory plan aligned with departmental objectives
  • Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Build thought leadership by staying informed about industry trends
  • Advance skills in business development and strategic selling

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or Special Education
  • 3-5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot
