Food & Beverage Supervisor
Job Description
Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming, complete opening/closing duties, and monitor dining rooms.
Responsibilities
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness (FIFO)
- Complete scheduled inventories
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and safety
- Assist management in hiring, training, and scheduling employees
- Follow all company safety and security policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
