Job Description
Seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor for a UAE retail brand. Responsible for daily store operations, staff supervision, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handling cash, POS procedures, refunds
- Stock accuracy and inventory levels
- Delivering store sales targets and KPIs
- Supervising a large team
- Customer service and issue resolution
Qualifications
- UAE experience from Apparel based Retail Store Brands
- Experience as a supervisor/leadership role
- Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office
