Job Description

The F&B Team Leader to assist the Duty Manager and Supervisor to manage the shift operations of F&B outlets, with a particular focus on sales, customer service, merchandising of stocks, staff allocation, cash spot-checks, shift closing, to ensure service standard and customer service are maintained at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate activities by scheduling work assignments
  • Control proper documentation of cleaning materials and food management
  • Monitor and address stock issues
  • Assign staff deployment on weekly basis
  • Perform cash spot-checks
  • Conduct shift training
  • Monitor sales targets and motivate staff
  • Reduce food wastage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 year of job-related experience
  • Proven track record in managing staff
