Food and Beverage Team Leader
Job Description
The F&B Team Leader to assist the Duty Manager and Supervisor to manage the shift operations of F&B outlets, with a particular focus on sales, customer service, merchandising of stocks, staff allocation, cash spot-checks, shift closing, to ensure service standard and customer service are maintained at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate activities by scheduling work assignments
- Control proper documentation of cleaning materials and food management
- Monitor and address stock issues
- Assign staff deployment on weekly basis
- Perform cash spot-checks
- Conduct shift training
- Monitor sales targets and motivate staff
- Reduce food wastage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 year of job-related experience
- Proven track record in managing staff
