Job Description
Almarai is the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy. The role directs, controls, and effectively manages a van sales operation of sales areas in the assigned territory to achieve budgeted volume and margin of Almarai products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and evaluate Supervisors’ performance to ensure volume and margin goals
- Deliver budgeted volume and margin for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products
- Ensure weekly distribution targets are met across all trade channels
- Monitor product orders to align with market demand and minimize wastage
- Enforce compliance with company credit policies
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Assess training needs for Supervisors
- Identify and develop high-potential team members through coaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales management
- Proven track record in leading large teams
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
