Presales Group Manager
Job Description
Presales Group Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Presales team, ensuring high-quality technical and sales support for channel partners and key members of the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Presales team
- Set team goals, priorities, and performance expectations
- Provide regular coaching and feedback
- Ensure high-quality presales support for sales teams
- Oversee execution of POCs
- Work closely with territory channel teams
- Represent the company’s brand at events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security
- Proven experience in presales, technical sales, or solution architecture
- Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring is a must
