Job Description

Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner. This role serves as a key liaison between HR and various business units, providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance. You will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This position is based in our A'ali office, offering a central role in supporting our employees and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop aligned HR strategies
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations issues and conducting investigations
  • Administer performance management systems
  • Advise on compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters
  • Facilitate training programs on various HR topics
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable
