Chief People Officer
Job Description
As our Chief People Officer, you will work closely with the CEO/founder and the executive team as a trusted partner, coach, and contributor to the organization's long-term development. This is an engaged leadership position for someone who has supported organizations through significant changes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Shape and evolve company culture
- Support design of organisational structures and operating models
- Partner on long-term executive succession planning
- Develop scalable employee experience practices
Qualifications
- Significant experience in senior HR / People leadership roles
- Extensive experience within global SaaS or technology organisations
- Experience supporting organisations through M&A, IPOs, or restructurings
