Technical Sales Manager
Job Description
At Nextpower, we are leading in the energy transition. We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager in Riyadh with 8-10 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in solar, energy, automation, or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to design customized solar tracker solutions.
- Translate complex technical details into clear, compelling presentations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, proposals, brochures, and scopes of work.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform sales strategies.
- Assist with technical evaluations during negotiations and support pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy disciplines).
- 8–10 years in technical sales, ideally in solar, energy, automation, or related industries.
- Strong grounding in solar tracker systems and utility-scale PV plant components.
- Proven ability in technical sales or presales.
- Familiarity with CAD, tender/engineering specs, cost estimations, and documentation workflows.
