Job Description
Play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our relationships with business-to-business clients. Focus on understanding the unique needs of each client, implementing strategic account plans, and driving growth through effective collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong continuous and long-term business relationship with clients/ Restaurants
- Understand client’s business objectives, industry challenges, and market trends
- Provide excellent service and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurant and company
- Work collaborate with clients to create and implement strategic account plans aligned with their business goals
- Optimize the content of memorandum of agreement (MOA) and delivery time
- Ensure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for contract expansion
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for contracts and agreements
- Advertisement sales by acquiring and maintaining pictures from client’s brand, branding Wiyak stickers/logos
- Identify opportunities for account growth, by cross-selling, and upselling strategy
- Encourage our clients to go digital
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as accounts-sales, marketing, and business development
- Address client issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting, by generating period reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in similar industry
